The padlocks have been removed from our dumpsters for the winter season; however, prior to hibernation, our pesky, furry wildlife neighbors continue to find a way into the trash haven. This is predominantly due to residents neglecting to lock the padlocks securely. The new locks are really easy to manage but regardless, since early summer, two locks have already gone missing. Because of this, the bears find a way to climb inside to a cornucopia of treats and leave a mess on the outside for residents to clean up. So please, always be sure the lock is secure before you walk away.
