On October 25, 2022, a Garrett County inspector approved the refurbished metal egress staircase on the lakeside of Building #1. Our contractor, Hollar Construction, was a delight to work with. Owner, Steve Hollar, Foreman, Scott and Employee, Danny were reliable, courteous and very skilled. They replaced all the treated support wood, replaced our decks with Trex like material, hand sanded and hand-tool scraped/grinded the metal stair case and railing, and finally applied three coats of the appropriate, metal paint including primer.
