The building 3 electrical issue is finally resolved. Potomac Edison sub-contracted an excavating contractor to dig up the parking lot in front of building 3 in order to lay new conduit for the new electrical lines. Unfortunately, they had to cut through the sidewalk as well. Potomac Edison was only willing to pour concrete for the walkway which would have stood out like a sore thumb so we asked the contractor to fill the gap with stone dust so that it can easily be removed and replaced with something similar to the existing walkway. The board will determine if our budget will allow a professional mason to recreate the walkway. If that’s not possible, this project will be added to the DIY list. Regardless, the driveway and walkway will be prioritized and repaired as soon as possible. To see pictures of the process, click here.
