Food Sign-up and Volunteering: 10 AM, Saturday, Set-up
We need 6 to 8 people to show up at the grove at 10 AM to help with tables, cleaning the fire-pit, setting up games, etc. Annie and Dawn will have a list of items and will be there to help with the organization. If you would like to volunteer, please call or text Laurissa @ 410-507-3813
Games for Kids: 4 PM, Saturday, Treasure Hunt and Games for Kids. If you have kids under the age of ten (or kids who would be interested in a treasure hunt RSVP to Laurissa. We would like to have a treasure hunt for kids and are looking for two teens who would be willing to help organize the younger kids. It means walking around Red Run as the kids read and figure out clues to find a treasure chest. If you can volunteer or have kids interested in the hunt, email Laurissa ASAP with information.
Food: 5PM Saturday
All the meats, buns, condiments, and toppings for burgers and hot dogs will be provided. What to bring: Salad or fruit: Green salad, potato salad, pasta salad, or cut up fruit…etc. Snacks: chips, pretzels, dip, cheese… Desserts: Cakes, cookies, s’more ingredients…etc Cases of water Two coolers with ice in them
