Pool
The pool heater is working well and the water temperature is 81 degrees!
Unfortunately, the FOB SYSTEM continues to fail. We had multiple service visits from M-Tek, our IT support provider, and it appears to be a hardware issue. Until a replacement can be arranged (potentially covered under our warranty plan), we’ll need to revert to the punch code system for pool access.

Tennis and Pickleball Courts Update
Due to a usually rainy spring our court finisher is currently 24 days behind schedule. As a result, the courts likely will not be completed until after the 4th of July. Annie will check with contractor to confirm whether the courts can still be used for practice or light play.
