Fireplace cleaning will take place in mid-January and will be performed by Sherwood Forest Chimney Sweeps. They serviced our community last spring and were very helpful in offering multiple solutions for our units. Their pricing is slightly better than our previous vendor, and they are willing to provide a discounted rate based on the number of residents who participate.
If you use your fireplace and have not had it cleaned in a few years, we highly recommend signing up to be included on the schedule.
Anne will be available to provide access to your units on the day of service.
