We had our reserve study visit last Friday, and we wanted to share a bit of information with you. Bill Regan, Tom Miller, and Annie Logan-Buzza met with the engineer from Reserve Advisors, Inc and accompanied him on the walk-through of the property. They also gave him a list of all capital improvement projects including the year of completion, which Bill Mihm had prepared.
The engineer was quite impressed with all of the work we have done in caring for our property. He indicated we are 90% ahead of all the other associations around the lake. So, all those assessments we have paid over the past several years for improvements and maintenance of our property have paid off! Kudos to all past and present board members for a job well done!
We do not have the official report yet, but we are looking forward to a positive outcome, to be sure.
On another matter – this applies primarily to Building 1 – we need to come up with a plan for parking, which will be at a premium when the construction begins on the house. We invite your ideas and suggestions.
