Hello, Everyone:
We will hold a special meeting for all owners on Saturday, September 2, at 9:00 a.m. in the Meadow/Picnic Grove/Memorial Fire Pit area.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the options for siding our buildings. As mentioned at our annual meeting, the Board wanted to revisit the siding vs. painting issue to see if we could get better pricing.
Please Note: the meeting is required for owners to vote on a special assessment GREATER than $1000.
We hope you will be able to attend this important meeting.
