As information, Appalachian reported that the area around the buildings 2-5 grinder pump has been soggy for the past 3 or so weeks. Garrett Utilities was called and they came right out to address the problem. There was a leak in one of the pipes which was immediately fixed. Now they will need to return to seed the area for us.
On Wednesday, July 13th, Orkin will return between 1-5pm to re-treat for the ants at buildings 2-5. Some folks are reporting continued visibility of the critters.
And finally, a new communication from the Board is available to the community. After each quarterly Board meeting, a newsletter will be posted to the website. The most current one is posted within the Owners’ Corner heading in “Additional Info/Newsletters”, titled July 2023. This will enable everyone to be in the loop on what’s in the pipeline.
