Community clean up – The DIY committee has planned a Community Clean up day. There is information in the Owners’ Corner on the website. Scroll down to Committees to have a better understanding of what DIY is and the role it plays. We can use all the volunteers we can get so please consider joining us to help manage some of our community projects.
Window Washing – We have arranged for A&J Janitorial to come and wash windows. They are scheduled to be here on May 25th (rain date TBD) and will do exterior as well as interior, if desired. Please reach out to harrietdouglas1@gmail.com if you would like to get on their schedule. This is an owner’s expense – the HOA does not cover it.
Annual Meeting – May 27th Green Turtle – 9 a.m.
Extermination – Unfortunately carpenter ants were found under the siding of unit 2A2. We are currently getting estimates to treat all the buildings. This is something we really need to stay on top of.
